In the event of goods requiring to be returned please follow the returns procedure. This will enable minimum inconvenience to you and enable us to deliver our services to you.
Suspected Faulty Item
Contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you for more information. Items which are faulty must be returned within the 1 year warranty period (from date of purchase.) All products when received shall be inspected for faults/damage by our Technical Team, if the product is deemed repairable, the product shall be repaired and returned within 14 working days. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement shall be sent within 3-5 working days from date received.
In all cases, an identical replacement shall be sent, however, if the product has been discontinued a suitable alternative shall be sent with the same or similar specification.
Item is missing or incorrect
Should you receive an item that does not match the description of the ordered products, then you should contact us on within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Please return product/s by Royal Mail Signed for service i.e. recorded post for proof of dispatch. We cannot be held liable for products lost in the post and customer to incur any carriage fee - Unless otherwise agreed by us beforehand.
In the event you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. If possible, please send a picture of the damage via email to speed up the process. We will not send out a replacement until the item has been returned.
Should the goods be returned in a damaged condition other than agreed too, GLS TOUCH reserves the right to reject an application for a refund for goods that have been damaged and will return the damaged stock back to the customer (return postage fees to be paid by the customer.)
If you have purchased goods that are then incorrect, you may cancel your purchase at any time within the first 30 days. If your order has not been dispatched for delivery, you can inform us by email or phone and we will then give you a refund of the price paid prior to dispatch.
It is a pre-condition to our acceptance of these unwanted goods that they are returned in an unused condition and are unopened and in a re-saleable condition (customer's to pay for return carriage cost.) We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.

Any goods returned (unopened and in resalable condition) after 30 days shall incur 20% restocking fee (if applicable.)
IMPORTANT: You must send your item back once you have informed us by email or phone, failure to do this could result in your returns process being delayed.
Please ensure you include the following:
1.) A printed copy of your purchase invoice
2.) Details of why you are returning the item
3.) All original packaging, instructions manual, fixings & product.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or you simply change your mind, you have 30 days to contact us and return the item for a full product refund. Unless there is a fault with the item(s), we will not refund the cost of posting the items back. GLS TOUCH reserves the right to process your refund, less a charge for our incurred postage fee from £4.50 for UK orders and from £12 for international orders.
