Conditions mentioned here apply to all offers of GLS TOUCH and to all agreements with Customers of GLS TOUCH. Unless it is an explicit exception, other than these Conditions are not legitimate. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. Conditions are important to You and GLS TOUCH as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued Customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

This includes items that may be on ‘Sale’ at discounted prices, either seasonal, promotional and for other periods throughout the year.
SECTION 5.1 PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Price and Availability are shown with each item listed and again in the cart. Prices on the GLS TOUCH website are the actual prices. Prices of Goods in mailings either by letter or electronic can deviate because of price changes that have been carried through after sending the mailings. As long as there is no official agreement, GLS TOUCH has the right to change prices and other conditions. All prices include the costs of products, packaging and any relevant taxes, and exclude costs of transport, shipping and legal contributions unless mentioned differently. Per order, a flat shipping fee will be calculated, again unless mentioned differently. GLS TOUCH is authorised to carry through changes in taxes and costs, also after realising an agreement.
We hope that all our pricing is accurate. In the event of an error where the correct price is higher than the advertised price, we will ship at the advertised price. Where the advertised price is higher than the correct price we will contact you and amend the order to correct price.
SECTION 6 – ONLINE ACCOUNTS, ORDERING AND COMMUNICATIONS
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6.1 GLSTOUCH.COM ONLINE ACCOUNTS
You should maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and restrict access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password and You should, therefore, take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure.
You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.
Please make sure that the details you give us are correct and complete and let us know immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when you registered.
Glstouch.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
SECTION 6.2 – ORDERING
When you place an order to buy goods and/or services from glstouch.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of the order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase goods and/or services, which is accepted by us when we send the email confirmation to you. Then the order will be processed and a second email will be sent confirming dispatch (the 'dispatch confirmation email'.) It is the customer's responsibility to save a copy of and/or print these emails for future reference.
Both the purchaser's contact details and shipping details contents will be stored. This information is only available to authorised members of the business, for the sole purpose of fulfilling both pre-sales and post-sales support services. This is so we can effectively and safely deliver our services you.
Any products in the same order that are not included in the dispatch confirmation email do not form part of this offer.
SECTION 6.3 – ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Glstouch.com will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you agree to receive electronic communications from us and you agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY
GLS TOUCH determines by the customers preferred option for the manner of transport and the transporter. All orders will be delivered at the entered delivery address. GLS TOUCH has the right to deliver orders partly. There are no extra costs for partly deliveries or later deliveries.
Despite all care regarding deliveries, it might happen that your order is delivered incomplete. If this is reported by the Customer in three working days after (partly) receiving the Goods, the order will be replenished or placed a second time at the expense of GLS TOUCH.
Dispatch times are always estimates and we try to send your order well within the estimated time whenever possible. However, these times are not guaranteed and where a delay is encountered we will contact you.
SECTION 7.1 – CUSTOMS
Non-UK overseas customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied in their home country. These costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. For further information, you should contact your local customs office.
International customers should also be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by the customs authorities. Please note that we have to state our sender name on the outside of the package for returns purposes and we use the Lion City (UK) Limited registered UK company name. glstouch.com is a trading platform name of Lion City (UK) Limited. We also have to make note of the contents of the package on the outside and for this purpose, we state as the contents of the purchase.
SECTION 8 – PAYMENTS
Payment takes place per credit card, debit card, prepayment, or on other conditions as described on our website during the checkout page. In some special cases, GLS TOUCH has the right to refuse a certain payment method. In that case, it will be communicated to the Customer and the order will be shipped after the Customer's prepayment has been received and approved by GLS TOUCH.
It is not allowed to settle a purchase with a debt-claim on GLS TOUCH unless this is yet agreed in a letter. Paying in advance is only possible per bank account.
After exceeding the payment term the Customer is indebted to pay the legal interest and all legal and non-legal collection costs. GLS TOUCH can then postpone the following of obligations or dissolve the agreement in a letter.
SECTION 9 – PRODUCT RETURNS
In line with UK law, we maintain a return and cancellation policy. Please visit and read our Returns Policy for further details.
SECTION 10 – WARRANTY
GLS TOUCH warrants the quality of its delivered Goods for 12 months after delivery. Warranty claims should be made within fourteen days after discovering the deficiency and should be guided with a short description of the deficiency and a copy of the original invoice. Or alternatively, read our Returns Policy. GLS TOUCH will repair the deficiency, subject to claim within thirty days, free of cost or replace it (to be decided by GLS TOUCH.) However, the warranty does not include extra costs such as sometimes necessary to service. The warranty does not account in the following situations:
The product has NOT been sufficiently protected against transporting and involving damage during the return. There have been made modifications to the Product Deficiencies which originate from wrong or incorrect use, such as ignoring the accompanying manual and/or using a product other than intended purpose. The deficiency originates intentionally or because of a severe lack of attentiveness External factors out of the control of GLS TOUCH, such as a flash of lightning, electricity fall-out, natural disasters, and so forth. GLS TOUCH has not had the possibility to investigate the complaint and to eventually repair the deficiency.
SECTION 10.1 – THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT LIABILITY
We cannot take responsibility for third party products not working with our range of GLSTOUCH products. As other manufacturers can change batch/component which is out of our control. Every product behaves differently and degrades at different rates. As testing of other manufacturers’ products, tests are only valid for that day of testing. Please contact us for compatible products. Also, the colour of glass/metal/plastic can change a little due to different production periods. No two production batches are identical; however, we make every effort to ensure the differences are minimal.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we can neither monitor, have any control over or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

This condition does not affect your statutory rights. GLS TOUCH shall not be liable to the Customer or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any obligations of GLS TOUCH in relation to its Goods/Services, provided that the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond reasonable control of GLS TOUCH. Without prejudice to the generality of the above mentioned, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond reasonable control of GLS TOUCH: Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident; war or threat of war, terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; acts, restrictions, regulations bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority; import or export regulations or embargoes; strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of GLS TOUCH or of a third party); difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery; power failure or breakdown in machinery.
